To get access to the potential of Diversity, the leader of an international project team needs to face challenges of Diversity inclusion.
In this training we will deal with the cultural challenges during the project management phases, like getting to know each other, communicating direction and dealing with conflicts. We find solutions and practice dealing with these challenges constructively.
